"Work hard, be kind and amazing things will happen!" - Conan O'Brien
Wishing all the students and happy and wonderful school year!
I wish my dog was as well behaved as yours!" I can't tell you how many times I've heard that statement from individuals and families after seeing or meeting one of my dogs.
Hello, my name is Elza Wydock, I am a current member of the ADPT, AKC Canine Good Citizen Evaluator and a local dog trainer in the Central Florida area. A well trained dog can bring a family together and provide a great source of responsibility, joy, humility and a never quit spirit to those around them. I have been fortunate enough in my time training dogs and horses to come across a few very successful and knowledgeable people who have passed their skills, tips and knowledge on to me. Over the past several years, I have been serving the pets and families of the Central Florida area. I love caring and connecting with animals and creating everlasting relationships with clients and their pets. I will use my knowledge as a dog trainer and my passion for all things canine to inspire, educate, and guide dogs and their people to a greater understanding of each other, improve the communication between them and ensure that they receive the highest quality training while in my program. All training is done in the comfort and safety of your home. I teach families and their pets step by step, using easy to implement techniques and positive training for both humans and dogs.
This program teaches your dog to be well mannered, dependably obedient, on and off leash, even around distractions. Geared towards the essential skills every dog must have, the In Home Training program is for the family or individual who wants to take an active part in the complete training process from start to finish.
There are several benefits to private lessons. First, you get 100% of the trainer's attention: it's just you, your dog, and the trainer. No other clients or dogs will be around to create distractions during your session. Second, these lessons are tailored to your family, your dog, your lifestyle, and your goals. I work with you to develop a program that works the best for you, your family and your dog. Third, the lessons can be scheduled to work around your busy schedule. I am flexible and want to help you have a successful training experience! Imagine having your dog hike with you, bike ride with you, walk peacefully on nature walks, or just play off leash at the park. You can have all this and more by investing in private lessons.
Board & Train is an ideal choice for those people who have trouble finding time to work with their dog, want to give them a jump start on good manners, or just need the added consistency and time put into the training. Your dog will get one on one attention, exercise and go on field trips with me during the day to local pet stores and pet friendly businesses.
Doggy Day Trip includes pick-up and drop-off of pet. I will come and get your dog and take them to local pet friendly places to enforce the training you've been doing at home while helping the dog learn manners and how to behave while out in public. Doggy Day Trip helps to teach socialization and helps with fitness.

In 1986, I acquired my first Rottweiler. He went to work with me every day, showing me their loyalty, obedience and protective instinct. I purchased that very company I worked for in 1992 and continue to the present day working in the construction industry with Rottweilers by my side. I love animals, but adore dogs. My other interests include farming, firearms and most anything to do with history.
I joined DVG in 1993. Prior to that, I was very involved in AKC showing and obedience. I've held all types of board positions in both working and breed clubs. My clubs have organized many club events, as well as National (breed & IPO) and World Championships.
As a relatively "young" judge I've judged many club trials, a few Regional Championships and the UDC National Championship in 2016.
My trial experience with HOT (Handler Owner Trained) dogs:
- Competed in DVG National Championships consecutively since 1997 (19) with podium placements at all levels.
- Competed at numerous DVG Regional, AWDF, USRC and WUSV qualifying championships.
- Represented LV America at the 2005 DHV CH in Germany with Carla v Haus Anin (Rottweiler.)
- Member of 6 World teams and been Team Captain for 3 world teams and co-captain for the FCI Championship.

"I've worked with Elza over the past couple of years working with dogs and recommend her services. She is reliable, hard working, dedicated and enthusiastic about dogs and the people who own them."
I have always loved animals and photos. Those two things collide when it comes to taking photos of pets and the people who love them. I feel it is important to document the wild, wacky, playful, gentle, mischievous, loving and loyalty of ones pets. They are not just animals, they are family. Please enjoy the photos contained within and contact me if you'd like a photo session with your furry family member. Currently offering photography and dog training in Orlando, Winter Garden, Clermont and surrounding areas.
